GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND CAMPAIGN TERMS

1. PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE

This document governs the conditions of the “Black November 2026” promotional campaign for the United States and Canada, the purchase of the Black November Lifetime Plan, and the integrated Terms of Use of the STLFLIX, STL Academy, STL-AI and STL Seller platforms, operated by STLFLIX PRODUTOS DIGITAIS LTDA (Brazilian CNPJ No. 43.939.351/0001-75), headquartered at Rua Jerônimo Coelho, 78, Centro, Joinville/SC, Brazil.

By taking part in the campaign, the customer declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and the STLFLIX Privacy Policy, available at https://stlflix.com.br/politica-de-privacidade/

2. TERM AND AVAILABILITY OF THE OFFER

The offer opens during the launch livestream on October 26, 2026 (8 p.m. New York time, ET) and remains available until November 30, 2026, while published on the official STLFLIX channels. It may be changed, suspended or closed before that date for commercial, operational or technical reasons. Availability depends on the proper functioning of the sales systems and on payment confirmation; display errors, technical failures or price inconsistencies do not oblige STLFLIX to honor the offer, unless the purchase has already been completed and approved.

Closing, suspending or changing the campaign does not affect purchases already completed and paid. A purchase is only considered effective after payment is confirmed by the financial institution or payment platform responsible.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Individuals or legal entities with legal capacity may purchase the offer through the official STLFLIX channels. Minors under 18 may only use the services under the responsibility and supervision of their legal representatives. STLFLIX may refuse, suspend or cancel purchases in case of fraud, attempted fraud, misuse of the campaign, false information or abusive chargebacks.

4. DESCRIPTION OF THE OFFER

The Black November Lifetime Plan is offered at the promotional price stated on the official checkout page, which also sets the payment method, included products, bonuses and coupons, and forms part of these Terms for all purposes. The benefit cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly authorized by STLFLIX.

In case of conflict between generic promotional communications and these Terms, these Terms prevail; where a specific commercial condition is shown on the official page at the time of purchase, that condition prevails for the respective item.

4.1 Offer composition for this edition of the campaign

The information below reflects the commercial composition in force on the date these Terms were last updated and is provided for information purposes. In case of conflict, the prices and conditions shown on the official offer page at the time of purchase prevail.

Black November Lifetime Plan — US$ 997.00, paid through Hotmart, in U.S. dollars.

Includes lifetime access (Clause 5) to:

STLFLIX subscription (commercial license);

STL-AI, with limited credits (Clause 18.2);

STL Seller;

STL Academy;

Five 100% live courses: “3D Printing” and “3D Modeling” — Bruno Boas; “Online Sales” — Bruno Boas; “Local Sales” — Ashley; and “Social Media” — Mandi Herman.

Included for all buyers: 40 Polymaker filament discount coupons (Clause 11).

Reference values (stand-alone price of each item for one year), shown for comparison purposes only: STLFLIX US$ 179; STL-AI US$ 299; STL Seller US$ 199; STL Academy US$ 299; each live course US$ 150; total of US$ 1,726 per year.

4.2 Special conditions for existing subscribers

Existing subscribers may “complete the collection”: the offer adds the products missing from their current plan, and they get lifetime access to all products listed in Clause 4.1, at the prices below, upon identification by their registered e-mail:

Subscribers access a page that asks for their registered e-mail, checks their subscriber profile and sends them to the checkout with the price of that profile. Profile eligibility is checked by STLFLIX against the existing records on the date of purchase; purchases made under an incorrect profile may be cancelled with a full refund or adjusted to the price of the correct profile.

4.3 Items not included

The offer does not include: the Elite 3D mentoring program; in-person events; and products, platforms, courses or features launched by STLFLIX after the date of purchase.

5. BLACK NOVEMBER LIFETIME PLAN

“Lifetime” means access for an indefinite period, starting on payment confirmation, with no recurring charges, to the products listed in Clause 4.1, for as long as STLFLIX and the respective platforms remain in operation (Clause 7). Lifetime refers to access and does not include unlimited use of credit-based features, such as those of STL-AI and STL Seller.

Access does not automatically extend to products, platforms, mentoring, events, masterminds or features not expressly included in the offer at the time of purchase. STLFLIX may update, replace or discontinue content and features without any obligation of specific equivalence, while preserving the general nature of the products purchased.

6. UPSELLS

No upsell is offered in this edition of the campaign for this market. Any additional offer made after the purchase will have its own conditions, shown on its checkout page, and these Terms will apply to it where applicable.

7. OPERATIONAL CONTINUITY

Lifetime access depends on STLFLIX continuing its regular activities. If STLFLIX permanently ceases its activities for any reason, access ends on the date of closure, without constituting breach of contract, default or compensable damage, and without any obligation to provide equivalent access, data migration, downloads or refunds.

Even so, whenever the nature of the closure allows prior planning, STLFLIX intends to announce it at least 30 days in advance and, where possible, to provide a window for downloading content — an initiative that is a mere courtesy, creates no vested right and may be shortened or waived in cases of court or administrative orders or force majeure.

The inability to maintain the platforms, AI tools, APIs or third-party services fully and continuously does not, in itself, constitute breach of contract, provided that the products were regularly made available while in operation.

8. EXISTING SUBSCRIBERS

The special prices in Clause 4.2 grant access to the same Black November Lifetime Plan, with the same products, bonuses and coupons as other buyers. A previously purchased plan with recurring payments, such as the annual plan, remains in force and continues to be paid in parallel, under its own rules. Coupons and benefits of the previous plan remain subject to the rules of that plan.

Benefits are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, DIGITAL NATURE AND CANCELLATION

The customer has 15 calendar days from purchase confirmation to exercise the right of withdrawal, by sending a request to support@stlflix.com, with a full refund, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the law of the customer’s country of residence. After this period there is no full or partial refund, except in case of defect in the product or service. If withdrawal occurs after a physical bonus has been shipped, STLFLIX may make the refund conditional on the return of the item in perfect condition. Once withdrawal is exercised, the accesses, coupons, bonuses and benefits linked to the purchase are cancelled. Installment payments, when offered, are merely a payment facility and do not constitute a monthly subscription.

9.1 Late payment of installments

If any installment is late, access may be suspended from 5 calendar days after the due date, with notice sent to the registered e-mail. The customer has 15 calendar days from suspension to settle the payment and restore access, without losing amounts already paid. If the default continues, STLFLIX may permanently cancel the plan, retaining the amounts already paid as consideration for the use already enjoyed, without refund or automatic settlement of the remaining installments, and may also collect the overdue unpaid installments.

10. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

In case of chargeback, dispute or payment reversal, STLFLIX may immediately suspend the customer’s access until the dispute is resolved. Once the reversal is confirmed, the purchase is considered unpaid, and all accesses, coupons, bonuses and benefits are permanently cancelled. STLFLIX may provide the financial institution with proof of purchase, electronic acceptance, invoices and technical records needed to defend the transaction. Abusive use of chargebacks or bad faith may result in permanent account blocking and applicable civil and criminal measures.

11. FILAMENT DISCOUNT COUPONS

The Black November Lifetime Plan includes 40 discount coupons for Polymaker filaments. In the United States, each coupon gives US$ 25 off purchases of US$ 100 or more (shipping and taxes do not count toward the minimum). In Canada, each coupon gives 25% off purchases of 4 or more rolls. The applicable rule is the one for the country of the delivery address of the Polymaker order.

The coupons are discounts on future purchases and are not a refund of amounts paid. They are personal, non-transferable, cannot be combined and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Rules of use: valid for any Polymaker filament, of any material and color, except clearance products, discounted bundles and gift cards; 1 coupon per order, not combinable with other promotions; shipping charged separately. Coupons are released in 10 batches of 4 coupons each: the first batch 15 days after purchase confirmation and the following batches on the 10th day of each subsequent month, until all 40 coupons have been released. Each batch is valid for 60 days from its delivery. Coupons not used or lost within the validity period do not entitle the customer to any refund, reissue or compensation.

The coupons are redeemed in the Polymaker store, which is solely responsible for stock, prices, shipping, delivery and product warranty (Clause 13). STLFLIX does not guarantee the availability of any specific material or color.

12. CAMPAIGN BONUSES

The campaign includes ancillary bonuses, not essential to the purchase of the Black November Lifetime Plan, offered by STLFLIX or by external partners. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable, and failure to use them does not reduce the price of the plan.

The bonuses of this campaign are: the Prize Pack Raffle and Individual Mentoring, by order of purchase; Double Credits for everyone who buys on the day of the livestream; and an STLFLIX Hoodie for everyone in the United States who buys on the day of the livestream. In addition, the livestream raffle (Clause 12.5) is open to participants in the United States and Canada.

The distribution of limited bonuses follows the chronological order of payments approved and confirmed at the STLFLIX checkout; declined, cancelled or refunded orders, or orders with chargebacks or signs of fraud, do not count toward the bonus queue.

12.1 Prize Pack Raffle

Raffle among the first 10 buyers of a prize pack consisting of 25 kg of Polymaker filament, 1 (one) Polymaker Dry Box and 2 (two) Creality SparkX i7 printers. The draw date and method will be announced through the official channels. The prize is shipped to the address provided by the winner in the United States or Canada, within a period communicated by STLFLIX. Filament materials and colors may be defined by STLFLIX according to availability. Shipping costs are paid by STLFLIX. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes in the winner’s country are the winner’s responsibility. Equipment warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturers (Clause 13).

12.2 Individual Mentoring

One-on-one mentoring session for the first 20 buyers, with Ashley and Bruno Boas, or with Mandi Herman, on a date and in a format set by STLFLIX. It does not constitute ongoing mentoring, consulting or follow-up.

12.3 Double Credits and Hoodie

Everyone who buys the Black November Lifetime Plan on October 26, 2026, the day of the livestream, until 11:59 p.m. New York time (ET), receives double the generation credits of STL-AI and STL Seller provided for in the plan (Clauses 18.2 and 19). Buyers in the United States who purchase within the same period also receive one STLFLIX hoodie, shipped free of charge to an address in the United States. STLFLIX will contact these customers by e-mail to collect size and shipping details; customers who do not reply within the deadline stated in that e-mail lose the right to the hoodie. Sizes and colors are subject to availability.

12.4 Bonus distribution in this edition of the campaign

The following table is for information only; in case of conflict, the official offer page or official campaign communication prevails. Bonuses are cumulative: earlier buyers also receive the bonuses of the following tiers. From the 21st buyer onward there are no order-of-purchase bonuses.

12.5 Livestream raffle

During the launch livestream there will be a raffle of 1 (one) Creality SparkX i7 printer and 100 kg of filament, delivered to the same winner, including in the United States and Canada. The raffle is governed by its own rules, which set out eligible participants, the drawing method, the deadline to claim the prize and delivery conditions, and it is not conditional on the purchase of the Black November Lifetime Plan.

13. THIRD-PARTY BONUSES AND BENEFITS

Bonuses, coupons or benefits offered by external partners, including Polymaker and Creality, are the sole responsibility of the respective partners; STLFLIX only promotes them or facilitates communication, without guaranteeing delivery, continuity or operation. Partner failures do not constitute a breach by STLFLIX and do not give rise to refunds or compensation. Each benefit may require registration, acceptance of its own terms or a redemption period set by the partner; failure to redeem within the period means loss of the benefit.

14. REGISTRATION, ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

Users must keep their registration information true and up to date. Access is personal and non-transferable, and sharing credentials is prohibited; users are responsible for all activity on their account, including by third parties who gained access through sharing or carelessness. STLFLIX may suspend or close accounts showing signs of fraud, improper sharing or violation of these Terms.

15. STLFLIX

STLFLIX is a digital content platform with 3D models for printing. Black November Lifetime Plan customers receive a lifetime commercial license, under Clause 5, authorizing the sale of physical prints of the models and the use of the official photos and videos of the models to promote those prints, but not the sale, redistribution or publication of the digital files, even if modified. The model delivery method may change as the platform’s technology evolves.

It is prohibited to share or sell STL files digitally, publish them on third-party platforms, use the content for external courses or mentoring without authorization, or remove brands and identifications from the files. Violations may result in suspension, cancellation and civil and criminal liability.

16. STL ACADEMY

STL Academy offers recorded 3D printing courses. The Black November Lifetime Plan grants lifetime access to STL Academy, including courses made available during the period, which may be updated or replaced without any obligation of equivalence. Live courses, mentoring, events or training with direct interaction are only included when expressly stated in the offer — in this edition, the courses listed in Clause 4.1. It is prohibited to record, redistribute, share logins or use the content to create competing courses.

17. LIVE COURSES

Live courses follow the schedule published by STLFLIX; dates, times and instructors may be adjusted for technical reasons or force majeure, with notice by e-mail. A student’s absence does not entitle them to a refund or individual make-up session, and recordings are made available at STLFLIX’s discretion, unless expressly promised. The inclusion of live courses does not automatically include mentoring, events or individual consulting. Recording, copying or redistributing classes without express authorization is prohibited.

18. STL-AI

STL-AI is a cloud platform for generating 3D models with Artificial Intelligence. Users are responsible for the prompts, files and photos they upload and for the use of the results, and must have the authorization of any person portrayed. Generating sexual, violent, discriminatory or illegal content, or content that infringes third-party rights, is prohibited and may lead to suspension or closure of the account.

18.1 Licensing and commercial use

Models generated from the user’s own prompts may be used freely, including for commercial printing, provided they do not infringe third-party rights. Models that incorporate STLFLIX/STL-AI assets or pre-modeled parts may only be used commercially for the sale of physical prints, with an active commercial license; resale or redistribution of the digital files, even if modified, is prohibited.

18.2 Credits, retries and storage

The Black November Lifetime Plan grants lifetime access to STL-AI, unlimited use of tools that do not involve AI, 300 generation credits, 60 retries (without consuming additional credits) and storage according to the plan. Credits do not expire while the platform remains active. Additional credits may be purchased in minimum batches of 10 units, at a price that STLFLIX may adjust according to cost variations.

19. STL SELLER

STL Seller supports the commercial operations of 3D printing makers, with market research, AI ad generation, pricing, order management and inventory tools. Access under the Black November Lifetime Plan is lifetime, with 240 credits and with searches and quotas according to the offer in force. The platform does not guarantee sales, profit, ranking or ad approval, and features such as My Ads may consume credits or be subject to monthly limits.

19.1 Finder and Model Research

Finder consolidates public market signals (trends, ads, categories) to identify opportunities, without guaranteeing sales, future demand or permanent availability of the data; its operation depends on third-party sources and policies that may limit it without constituting a failure of STL Seller. STLFLIX is not responsible for copyrights or licenses of third-party files indicated by Finder; users must check the license before printing and selling.

19.2 My Ads

My Ads uses AI to generate titles, descriptions, images and videos for ads from material uploaded by the user, who is solely responsible for the content published and its compliance with marketplace rules. Generating illegal or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights, is prohibited. AI generation may contain inaccuracies, with no guarantee of ad approval, ranking or performance.

19.3 Price Calculator

The Price Calculator estimates costs and suggests prices based on parameters entered by the user; the values are estimates, with no guarantee of accuracy and no liability of STLFLIX for pricing decisions made based on the tool.

19.4 Order Management, Inventory and API Integrations

The Order Management and Inventory modules, as well as API integrations, depend on the user’s connection to third-party marketplaces, with STLFLIX acting only as a technical intermediary. STLFLIX is not responsible for discrepancies, delays or outages originating in third-party systems, nor for unilateral changes to marketplace APIs or policies; the commercial relationship with the marketplace is governed exclusively by the marketplace’s own terms.

19.5 STL Seller credits

STL Seller features may consume credits according to the plan purchased, and additional packages may be purchased when available. Credits are personal, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable when the operation is completed successfully; in case of proven technical failure, STLFLIX may, at its discretion, restore the credits consumed in the attempt.

19.6 Limitation of liability of STL Seller

STL Seller is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of commercial results, sales volume, profit margin or uninterrupted operation. STLFLIX is not responsible for the user’s business decisions based on estimates or data displayed, marketplace API failures, AI-generated content that infringes third-party rights because of the input provided by the user, or misuse of the platform by the user or by third parties with access to their account.

20. GENERAL LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

STLFLIX does not guarantee financial results, revenue growth, marketplace sales or any specific result from the use of its platforms, courses, tools or bonuses — results depend on factors specific to each user, such as dedication, market, price, competition and technical skill. Real cases shown in the campaign are illustrative and do not represent a promise of results.

STLFLIX is also not responsible for technical instability, server or third-party failures, indirect damages or lost profits resulting from the user’s business decisions, non-fulfillment of bonuses provided by external partners, problems with equipment or software used by the user, or changes, blocks or outages in APIs, marketplaces or third-party platforms beyond its control.

21. DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY

STLFLIX complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), processing personal data only for payment processing, communication and support, tax and contractual compliance, platform operation and delivery of campaign benefits, including verification of the subscriber profile at checkout (Clause 4.2). In STL Seller, integrations may involve data from accounts, ads and orders of connected marketplaces, always with the user’s authorization. Data is not shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law or for operational needs with payment, hosting, support, invoicing and logistics providers, including partners responsible for delivering coupons and bonuses.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, brands, STL files, courses, software and other assets made available on the platforms are the exclusive property of STLFLIX or its licensors and are protected by copyright and industrial property rights. Copying, reproducing, redistributing or using this content beyond the limits authorized in these Terms is prohibited, under penalty of suspension, cancellation and civil and criminal liability (Brazilian Laws No. 9,610/1998 and No. 9,279/1996).

23. UPDATES, MAINTENANCE AND PLATFORM CONTINUITY

STLFLIX may update, replace or discontinue content and features without any obligation of equivalence, while preserving the educational, creative and technological nature of the platforms. Each plan and platform is independent, with no automatic right to benefits between them. Technical maintenance, infrastructure updates or technology migrations may cause temporary access interruptions.

24. COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTICES

Official STLFLIX communications are made through the registered e-mail, official domains, the user area or the official channels announced. Users must keep their contact details up to date and monitor their inbox and spam folder; notices sent to the e-mail provided are considered valid for all legal purposes. Questions can be sent to support@stlflix.com.

25. GENERAL CONDITIONS

STLFLIX is not responsible for acts of God or force majeure, including failures of third-party platforms, internet or power outages, government orders, pandemics, strikes or extreme weather events.

Purchase at the promotional price depends on approval of the payment by the financial institution or payment operator, and STLFLIX is not responsible for declines beyond its control. The promotional price is only guaranteed after payment confirmation while the offer is available, with no automatic extension in case of third-party technical failure, unless expressly decided by STLFLIX.

STLFLIX may change, suspend or close the campaign for operational, commercial or legal reasons, without affecting purchases already made and paid, and may cancel fraudulent purchases or purchases that violate these Terms. The invalidity of any provision does not affect the others, and participation in the campaign implies full acceptance of these Terms.

26. JURISDICTION AND GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the District of Joinville/SC, Brazil, are elected to settle any disputes arising from these Terms, except in cases of mandatory jurisdiction provided by law.
