1. SUBJECT MATTER AND PARTIES

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern exclusively the registration ("Registration") for the "Black November 2026 — 4 Paths, Infinite Possibilities" campaign ("Campaign"), promoted by STLFLIX PRODUTOS DIGITAIS LTDA ("STLFLIX"), and entry into the associated prize drawing ("Sweepstakes").

These Terms do not replace, and are not to be confused with, the terms of use and purchase conditions of the Lifetime Plan or any other product that may be offered during the Campaign, which will be presented separately at the time of the corresponding sales offer.

By completing the Registration on the Campaign sign-up page, the person ("Entrant") represents that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms, as well as the STLFLIX Privacy Policy, available at https://stlflix.com/privacy-policy/.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Registration and Sweepstakes entry are open to any individual who, cumulatively: (a) is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has equivalent legal capacity under the laws of their country of residence; and (b) is not in default or suspended status with STLFLIX.

The following are excluded from entering the Sweepstakes: (a) partners, directors, employees, collaborators, and service providers of STLFLIX directly involved in organizing the Campaign; and (b) their immediate family members.

Registration is open worldwide. However, as described in Section 7, only Entrants with a valid shipping address in the United States or Canada are eligible to receive the physical prizes described in Section 5.

3. REGISTRATION AND DATA COLLECTION

Registration is completed on the Campaign sign-up page by providing name, email address, and phone number (WhatsApp). After Registration, the Entrant is directed to a short follow-up survey; completing the survey is not a condition for a valid Registration, but its answers may be used by STLFLIX to personalize the communications sent during the Campaign.

Personal data provided in the Registration and in the follow-up survey is processed in accordance with the data protection legislation applicable in the Entrant's country of residence and with the STLFLIX Privacy Policy, available at https://stlflix.com/privacy-policy/.

By completing the Registration, the Entrant expressly authorizes STLFLIX to send communications related to the Campaign and other STLFLIX updates by text message (SMS), WhatsApp, email, phone call, and any other contact channel provided in the Registration. The Entrant may withdraw this authorization at any time through STLFLIX's official support channels.

4. REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES

Completing the Registration alone does not, by itself, guarantee entry into the Sweepstakes. To be eligible for the prizes described in Section 5, the Entrant must, cumulatively:

have completed the Registration on the Campaign sign-up page with a valid name, email, and phone number; and

have completed the check-in during the live broadcast of the Campaign event — which will take place on October 26, 2026 —, by filling out the specific form made available during the broadcast with the registered email address and the keyword announced out loud by the host during the broadcast.

Check-in is only available during the time window announced live by the host, and completing it outside that window does not guarantee entry into the Sweepstakes. Only Entrants who complete both steps above are considered eligible entrants ("Participants").

5. PRIZES

The following prizes will be drawn among the Participants:

STLFLIX may determine, at its discretion, whether the prizes above will be awarded to the same winning Participant or to different winning Participants, which will be clarified when the Sweepstakes results are announced.

The prizes are personal and non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation, and may not be transferred to third parties before actual delivery.

6. DRAWING AND ANNOUNCEMENT OF RESULTS

The Sweepstakes drawing will be held among eligible Participants after the sales cart opens, on the same day as the live event (October 26, 2026), using a random system or mechanism chosen by STLFLIX.

The results will be communicated to the winner(s) by the email and/or phone number provided in the Registration, and may also be announced during the live event itself or on STLFLIX's official channels.

The winner will have 5 (five) business days from STLFLIX's first contact to confirm receipt of the prize and provide the information required for delivery. If this period elapses without a response, the winner will forfeit the prize, and STLFLIX may, at its discretion, hold a new drawing among the remaining eligible Participants.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY, SHIPPING, AND TAXES

Physical prizes will be shipped only to addresses located in the United States or Canada. If a selected winner does not have a valid shipping address in the United States or Canada, STLFLIX may, at its discretion, award the corresponding prize to another eligible Participant through a new drawing, as described in Section 6.

Shipping costs will be borne by STLFLIX. Any customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges applicable in the recipient's country of delivery are the winner's responsibility, unless STLFLIX expressly agrees otherwise.

STLFLIX is responsible for any tax withholding required under Brazilian law applicable to the value of the prizes. The estimated delivery time will be informed to the winner once the prize is confirmed, and may vary depending on product availability from suppliers.

8. FREE PARTICIPATION — NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

Registration and Sweepstakes entry are free of charge and are not conditioned, under any circumstance, on the purchase of any STLFLIX product or service. A purchase does not increase an Entrant's chances of winning. Purchasing the Lifetime Plan or any other Campaign offer is entirely independent of Sweepstakes entry and will be governed by its own terms of use and purchase conditions.

Void where prohibited by law. It is the Entrant's responsibility to confirm that entering the Sweepstakes is permitted under the laws applicable in their place of residence.

9. USE OF NAME AND LIKENESS

Upon being declared a winner, the Participant authorizes, free of charge, the use of their name, image, and voice by STLFLIX for the purpose of announcing the Sweepstakes results on its official channels (website, social media, email, and WhatsApp), for a period of up to 12 (twelve) months from the announcement, at no cost to STLFLIX, and to the extent permitted by the laws applicable in the winner's place of residence.

10. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

STLFLIX will not be liable for fortuitous events or force majeure — understood as unforeseeable events beyond its reasonable control — that prevent, delay, or hinder the live event, the check-in process, the Sweepstakes drawing, or prize delivery, including, among others: failures or unavailability of third-party platforms (live streaming, forms, messaging apps); interruptions in telecommunications, internet, or electrical power; and acts of governmental authority.

STLFLIX does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of its platforms and communication channels during the Campaign, particularly in cases of traffic spikes, maintenance, or third-party failures.

STLFLIX may disregard or cancel Registrations and check-ins carried out through fraud, attempted fraud, use of multiple identities, submission of false information, or any conduct that violates these Terms, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.

11. CAMPAIGN MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

STLFLIX may modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, the Registration, or the Sweepstakes early for operational, business, or legal reasons, by publishing such changes on its official channels. An Entrant's continued participation in the Campaign after any update to these Terms takes effect will be interpreted as acceptance of the new conditions, without prejudice to rights guaranteed by applicable law.

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the Comarca of Joinville, State of Santa Catarina, Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or jurisdictional provisions that the law of the Entrant's country of residence may establish in the Entrant's favor.
